How Do I Write About My Brand?
When it comes to writing about your brand, you want to step back from the keyboard and think about where or when someone is likely to be reading or engaging with the piece.
My assumption would be. Someone who is that interested in your company they are willing to explore through your website and go to the about us or brand page. The likely hood is they are your mum or someone who is interested in doing business with you. Meaning you have that extra 2 minutes of their time.
So the content you write can be a lot more story led, why do you do what you do? What makes you unique for whomever is your customer? What is it that lead you to start your company?
We as humans love connecting, creating relationships and wanting to have a deeper meaningful network with things and people around us. And the brand page would be the perfect place for you establish this and for you to allow your customers to have this engagement with you. Allow them to scratch the surface and really understand the company, people behind the business.
Keep it real! We have this belief like every person, there is a story behind every business. It is exactly this tale, that should be highlighted, celebrated and brought to the light.
