THE CHALLENGE…
Gemba group are a leading authority in the ever-changing world of Sport and Entertainment. The company hired us to help us with their video market research platform. We are not able to reveal what we have worked with the company on but it involved watching lots of Football, F1 as well as learning about new sports, always a bonus!
THE IDEA…
Speed and a very high level of attention to detail was at the forefront of what was required. We created a team that would be able to work around the clock, so this meant splitting the footage so it was being worked on by multiple teams. And creating a quality control team who would oversee the entire operation so it would run like clockwork!
