What Do You Want… Really Really Want?
If you had one wish what would it be? What is the one thing that tiny really want right now?
Money, house, a relationship, fancy cars? Not have to work again? A really fun job?
A couple of years ago. I sat down and wrote down what I really wanted out of life. And after I wrote out the material things down like a ps4 obvs. I sat down and thought about what brings me the most happiness and surprisingly the top answers which I still think about and try to work towards were health, wealth but most importantly to be there for my friends & family when I can.
Helping others especially when you have nothing to gain of want in return has liberated and made me a better person.
This isn't a post to rant about materialism. Believe me writing this in a super comfy bed on a big screen phone while sipping a Nespresso wearing a comfy thread cotton pjs is probably the equivalent of what a king would have lived like a a mere 100 years ago. If not better.
This is a post about how being careful about what you wish for is so so important. You might just get it. The illusion and unobtainability is more alluring than the reality.
